If you are not local, and it has already been over 2 days since the event, your flowers may be best air-dried and then sent to the studio. The other option would be to take advantage of the bouquet re-make option!
If you will not be in the Temecula area, please overnight your flowers to the studio no later than 48 hours after the wedding. If you are able to make the drive, our studio is conveniently located off the highway 15 for convenient bouquet drop-off's by appointment. Your finished products will be mailed to you. There are often issues with flowers traveling across borders. There are certain types of florals that are prohibited. Please check with your airline and local customs in order to verify whether you may bring or ship your flowers prior to booking. You will also need to check the duty laws of your country to avoid any unexpected charges upon receiving your items. Timeliness of delivery also must be considered, as bouquets must be received within 4 days of your event.
Due to the time, attention, and cost of resources required to process and preserve your bouquet, there is a $350 minimum.
Once you reserve your date, limited resources are committed to your bouquet. The booking fee is not refundable, but is applied towards processing your order, necessary paperwork, and admin time for the artist. If your event is cancelled, or re-scheduled, the booking fee may go towards re-scheduling but is not refundable.
Unfortunately, your flowers will sadly crush in the mail by the weight of your artworks so we do not ship them back. Please only send the amount you would like preserved, making sure to send your happiest healthiest blooms. You may keep the rest to enjoy. We will only preserve the amount of flowers needed for the size of your order, and a few extra in case you wish to order something more or decide to upgrade.
Resin has become increasingly expensive over the last few years, however our pricing on add-on items has remained the same. We don’t wish to raise our prices on add-ons, so we need to cover that extra cost with the bridal blocks. Besides, our goal is to showcase your bouquet in full bloom! If you are searching for a functional way to display your flowers, we offer the serving tray as a bridal artwork option. Lastly, add-ons can be more time consuming, as they require close attention to detail in their intricacy. We would like to make sure our time is dedicated to bridal blocks in order to keep things efficient around here.
Yes! Your pre-loved and air-dried bouquet is welcome to the studio, and looks beautiful in resin! Please email a photo of your dried florals to INFO@EVERAFTERBOUQUET.COM so they may be assesed. You will receive a 10%discount code once approved.
Standard turnaround is typically 8-12 weeks, although the wedding industry is currently experiencing unprecedented demand. Current turnaround time is 4-6 months. The size of your order, selection of keepsakes, type of elements in your bouquet, season of your wedding, and supply availability are other factors of turnaround time. Absolutely! Once your very best blooms are prepared and ready, we will go over your layout together, making sure any sentimental or favorite elements are included in your final design.
Once you book your spot (and we suggest as early as possible), you will have have anytime after the booking, up until your wedding date to make your selections. Please be sure to shop the website before flowers reach the studio, so we know how to process them once they arrive. Things get busy after the wedding, and we don't wish to bother you during your honeymoon.

The condition of your flowers is the foundation of your final artwork's appearance. Formal instructions on how to keep your flowers at thier best during and after your event are provided with your reservation.
Certain types of flowers or foliage may be too delicate to withstand the drying process (ex. magnolias, lilies), while too thick of plants (ex. tropical flowers like plumeria, or thick orchids) may be a hit or miss. Tropical leaves (ex. monstera) may brown during the process, it will be advised we paint them if you would like them included, ($50 charge).
HOW ABOUT SUCCULENTS? At our studio...never say never. Although succulents are challenging, we may be able to dry the ones you have using our special magical touch. It's not always a promise, but we can try. If it can't be acheived, faux succulents are an option.
Color variations occur naturally. Pinks, reds and purples often darken while some colors lighten. White and thin or light colored petals are easily prone to bruising, and may appear translucent in the final artwork. We do not use chemicals or paint to cover the natural beauty of your flowers.
Resin is constantly evolving during the growth of the preservation industry. Only the highest quality, UV-resistant epoxy and materials available are used at Ever After Bouquet. It is highly encouraged that your artworks are not displayed in direct sunlight or near heat to avoid color change over time. It is expected, that your pieces will eventually obtain a pretty amber tint. Rest assured, only the resin will change color, not your preserved flowers.
Our resin supplier claim their product is both food + heat safe, although it is highly recommended not to serve hot food or beverages with your kitchen items. DO NOT DRINK HOT LIQUIDS FROOM GLASSWARE OR SERVE HOT FOOD ON TRAYS. ***DO NOT SET ITEMS IN THE SUN. ***HANDWASH ONLY. ***HOT WATER MAY CAUSE CLOUDINESS OF ITEMS OVER TIME.
