If you are not local, and it has already been over 2 days since the event, your flowers may be best air-dried and then sent to the studio. The other option would be to take advantage of the bouquet re-make option!
If you will not be in the Temecula area, please overnight your flowers to the studio no later than 48 hours after the wedding. If you're willing to drive, we can coordinate a pick-up. Your finished products will be mailed to you. (Shipping rates apply).
You will be provided instructions on how to safely pack and ship your flowers upon booking. (Shipping rates apply).
There are often issues with flowers traveling across borders. There are certain types of florals that are prohibited. Please check with your airline and local customs in order to verify whether you may bring or ship your flowers prior to booking. You will also need to check the duty laws of your country to avoid any unexpected charges upon receiving your items. Timeliness of delivery also must be considered, as bouquets must be received within 4 days of your event.
Due to the time, attention, and cost of resources required to process and preserve your bouquet, there is a $350 minimum.
Once you place an order, your date is exclusively blocked off the calendar and resources are committed to your bouquet. This is why the deposit is not refundable and is applied towards processing your order, necessary paperwork, etc. If your event is cancelled, the deposit may go towards re-scheduling but is not refundable.

YES! Wine corks, buttons, lace, pearls, keys, pins, corks, tokens, ribbon, seashells, small charms, these are a few ideas that can be incorporated into your art piece. We will usually include the pretty pins from your bouquet into your artworks!
The condition of your flowers is the foundation of your final artworks appearance. After booking, you will receive formal bouquet care instructions on how to keep your flowers at thier best during and after your event.
Certain types of flowers or foliage may be too delicate to withstand the drying process (ex. magnolias, lilies), while too thick of plants (ex. tropical flowers like plumeria, gardenia, or thick orchids) may be a hit or miss.
HOW ABOUT SUCCULENTS? We can use faux ones, or try our best to dry the ones you have using special techniques. Sadly, they have potential to rot inside your artwork over time, due to thier thicker nature and containing too much moisture. It is best recommended to remove your succulents prior to sending your bouquet.
Color variations occur naturally. Pinks, reds and purples often darken while some colors lighten. White and thin or light colored petals are easily prone to bruising, and may appear translucent in the final artwork. The way you handle your bouquet is fundamental to your final artowrk's appearance.
Only the highest quality, UV-resistant epoxy and materials are used at Ever After Bouquet. However, it is highly encouraged that your artworks are not displayed in direct sunlight to avoid color change over time. It is expected, however that your pieces will eventually obtain some color; a vintage vibe that is really pretty! Rest assured only the resin will change color, not your preserved flowers.
Our resin companies claim their product is both food + heat safe, although it is highly recommended not to serve hot food or beverages with your shot glasses. It is also recommended not to sip on alcohol that has been sitting in your shot glass over time. Kind of like you wouldn't drink water from a warm or non-BPA free water bottle after it's been sitting in the sun. Right? Right.. handwash only!
You will receive special care instructions with your delivery. With proper care, your art will last forever. It's likely people will love your artwork so much, they just have to get their little fingerprints on it! If your piece needs a touch up, and water and soap just isn't doing it, you may polish your resin artworks using NOVUS polish, steps 1-3! You should be able to find this on Amazon, your local car supply shop, or hardware store. Please ask for assistance in selecting the correct polishing pad, and maybe someone that is experienced with polishing for further assistance.
