There are often issues with flowers traveling across borders, particularly exotic or tropical flowers that may be prohibited. Please check with your airline and local customs in order to verify whether you may bring or ship your flowers back prior to booking. You will also need to check the duty laws of your country to avoid any unexpected charges upon receiving your items. Most importantly, fresh flowers must be received within 4 days of your event. If traveling back with your flowers, please consider these factors before booking.
If you are local, please email INFO@EVERAFTERBOUQUET.COM to inquire for last minute availability. If you are not local, and it has already been over 2 days since the event, your flowers may be best air-dried and then sent to the studio. The other option would be to take advantage of our bouquet re-make option.
Please shop the website prior to your event, bouquet care tips and instructions are provided with your receipt, along with special shipping or drop-off information.
We recommned sending your entire bouquet so we have plenty to work with! We will only prepare the amount of flowers needed for the size of your order upon thier arrival, sorting through and selecting the happiest, healthiest blooms. If you have a large order, you may send additional arrangments. We do not mail back extras as they would sadly crush by the weight of your artworks.
Although the cost of supplies continues to increase, we do our best not to raise the prices of add-on items. Plus, our goal is to showcase your beautiful bouquet in full bloom! If you are searching for a functional way to display your flowers, we offer the serving tray as a bridal artwork option.
Yes! Your dried flowers are welcome to the studio, and look beautiful in resin! Please email a photo of your 100% pre-dried bouquet to INFO@EVERAFTERBOUQUET.COM so they may be assesed. You will receive a 10% discount code once we evaluate thier preservability.
Nope, and we take pride in that! Just take a look at our gallery on instagram, you will see color enhancement is not necessary at our studio! We feel color enhancement can provide a "fake" or "painted" aesthetic. We appreciate the natural beauty of your flowers and how thier true coloring, all while using the least amount of chemicals during the process, and, saving you money! We believe our art stands out without this process, and hope you can agree!
Lead times are currently 4-6 months for all major studios and are subject to change. Timeliness for custom orders is approximate. Due to the uniqueness of each project, we cannot guarantee a finish date. Some factors of turnaround time are the types of flowers in a bouquet, the size of the order, time of year, and availability of supplies, and artist.
Absolutely! Once your very best blooms are prepared and ready, we will go over your layout together, making sure any sentimental or favorite elements are included in your final design.
You will receive special care instructions, polish, and polishing pad with your delivery.
"There are certain types of flowers that may not be preserved due to moisture content."-Something you may have heard through the grapevine. We say this is your magical studio for a reason! Our flower fairy has mastered the process through much experimentation. We have succesfully preserved tropical flowers, succulents, fruit, even birds of paradise. If you have a question about the elements in your bouquet, feel free to ask!
Due to the 100% handmade nature of our art, we do not offer returns or refunds on work that has begun or been completed. Space is limited, we are only able accept a ceratin number of reservations per week for bouquet preservation, therefore, reservations placed are non-refundable.
